Creating a Sustainable Source of Strategic Advantage
Joe Tye, CEO and Head Coach, Values Coach, Inc.
Date: Wednesday, May 6, 2009
No one would ever build a new hospital wing, or even remodel a treatment room, without first having a detailed set of architectural drawings. But when it comes to patient and employee satisfaction and loyalty, the invisible architecture of the organization is a far more important determinant of sustainable success. This fast-paced, interactive webinar will highlight the importance of consciously crafting your own invisible architecture and share practical strategies for doing so.
